Maybe you've heard of health coaches; maybe you've read an article or watched a video about the benefits of hiring an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Maybe you're sitting there right now, thinking you could use some support to feel better (low energy, brain fog, anxiety, moodiness, blood sugar swings, food cravings, or what Dr. Mark Hyman calls "Feel like crap syndrome"?) - look better (acne, weight gain, dull/lack-luster skin, eczema?), or you have a vision for your health and life and just don't how how to get there. But why would you pay for a health coach? What can a health coach give you that you can't already do for yourself, or that you can't find in some meal-plan and packaged shake program? Meet my client, Susan and find out here. (And get a special New Year's discount)!
She played an avid role in listening to me when it came to all the dark times I spoke about in my life. (Under my doctor's supervision) I was able to let go of some of the prescription medication I was taking by increasingly using meditation.
"Andrea and I have been on a health journey together since April 2015. I was doing some soul searching and decided I needed change when I came across Andrea. We originally played lacrosse in college together, while Andrea was studying for a psychology degree, but it wasn't until recently I found out she also became a certified Health and Wellness Coach. And when I found that out I wanted her to coach ME. I wanted to learn how to reinvent my wellness, both physically and mentally. I knew she would make a great coach because we made a great team together during our lacrosse days.
Over the next several months, we talked and she listened intently to my concerns and weaknesses. She put together a plan for me to succeed and to turn my negative outlook on my eating habits and overall feeling of being in a "slump" into a positive outlook.
And I needed this. I needed this badly. I had a terrible addiction to soda. To this day it is still hard to withdraw from soda, but she taught me ways to fight the urge and "crowd out" sugar with other more healthy choices.
Secondly, she also got me off the couch and into the yoga studio again with the little push I needed.

And third, she played an avid role in listening to me when it came to all the dark times I spoke about in my life. (Under my doctor's supervision) I was able to let go of some of the prescription medication I was taking by increasingly using meditation.
It hasn't been easy, but I have learned to challenge some of my previous unhealthy habits.
Andrea is a calm and encouraging influence on my life. She has made me realize that I need to experiment with what works for me. If you lack luster and motivation, but you want to change your life, talking with Andrea is a great place to begin. Good luck to you as you begin your new health journey with Andrea!"
